I have to apply b/c they have only just decided that the teaching & learning bonus IS going to include postgrad students (who ARE on a scholarship - go figure. if you are getting free money, we will give you some more!) .. but yeah, so we have to fill out a form for that.

I am not on, nor can be, Austudy or any such benefit... But they have decided to give away cash to us poor fuckers who've been struggling but excluded from 'the system' ! YAY!

i think you have to be full time to be eligible though, unfortunately, so since i recently went pt i don't think i'm eligible to be stimulised twice  :(

ie so now i'm on half the income i can't get the student stimulus - go figure

BOO! That sucks. But I do think you are right, you do have to be full time. GO FIGURE indeed! Weird...

Just do the paperwork to go back to full time... and then change again (your Uni might crack it, but explain why and they might support the administrative fuck around)...

How long ago did you go P/T? Cause as llong as you were enrolled for some part of Semester 1 full tme, you might be able to get around it...

can't remember exactly when i went to pt...will have to chase that up.
