this guy invented it but couldn't afford to patent it so he's made the software available for free download. traktor have made a Wii friendly version of their software but you can set up the original traktor (or any other dj software that you can map on the keyboard) to be controlled by the Wii. fucken awesome technology.
i was just saying to ren last night how i needed a better way to control traktor other than an ugly cumbersome controller or keyboard shortcuts and the mouse, maybe i get me a couple of Wii controllers.

i saw this a while ago and it thought it looked pretty neat, but the whole hard house remix of salt n pepa with the paint by numbers overdriven bass hits on the off beats really didn't sell it for me on the intro video clip i saw.
though if you were to lock it cuz i reckon you'd need a nes power glove conversion or some such, so you get a little bit more uber nerd street cred... or maybe that cardboard box transformers outfit, with a couple disco lasers strapped to the back.
and i'd lend you my wii controllers, but i'm too busy banking metroid :D

yeh i'll be banking it next paycheck.. which should be this fridee. had the intention of getting it last week but every jb i went to had no love for me.. and i'm not keen on forking out $150-160 on it considering the guitar is just an empty shell anyhoo... i'll prolly finally lock in a proper wireless adsl router at that stage so i can get wi-fi as well without running it through my pc's wireless adapter...
